1st let me say..had food twice, once from order service and other in person. Both times the service and food were great! The manager is very nice and respectful along with the staff. The funny differences from other sushi restaurants are the fact you have to order everything by QR code ( so if you want a mobile device free night..not gonna happen) and your order comes via a robot! We went to visit Sumo Japanese restaurant for the first time after church service. The food and the service were great. I highly recommend this restaurant and the robots service was a great touch.

The food quality is described as great, delicious, and absolutely incredible, though not the absolute best; it is definitely worth the price. The food is prepared fresh. There is a policy of 15 items per table, and taking leftovers home costs extra.
The service is amazing and first class. Staff members like David, Jessica, and Lemon are frequently praised. David kindly helped a friend in a wheelchair get proper accommodations. Jessica and Lemon were attentive to a friend with a shellfish allergy. They are described as friendly, respectful, courteous, and attentive. Guests are served by a robot, but helpful staff are always around. The restaurant is a clean and friendly environment, great for families. Wait times are usually quick, except on busy holidays like Valentine’s Day. The overall experience is truly amazing and wonderful.
