The BEST CRUST in Tacoma!! I am a pizza snob and the crust was incredible. I would also like to call out their garlic ranch dressing. I will confess that I HATE ranch dressing but as of yesterday I can honestly say I may hate Ranch, but I love Colvos's homemade Garlic Ranch. ❤️❤️

Great pizza, amazing crust, thin and super crispy. Good drinks too. Outside area is cool, but the fireside seating doesn't have ledges big enough to set a plate down, and the wood bench is dilapidated, its falling apart.
The pepperoni pizza is super greasy too, which sucks because everything else on the menu is amazing.
Would reccomend coming here to anyone wanting great pizza in tacoma

I visited this restaurant with a large group while we were in town for a convention. This was walkable from the convention center. The setting is very casual. Pizza was good but we had to order slices and not a whole pizza as a whole pizza was going to take over 50 minutes to be ready. If you want to be able to get a custom prepared pizza, I recommend you plan and order ahead. Overall, this was a good experience. There was a good variety of beers to choose from as well.
