I honestly can't understand how this place only has 3.9 stars. The customer service is a 20 out of 10. They have never messed up an order, the food is always fresh, and using the app makes everything quick and easy. Credit where credit is due—this location consistently does a great job, and the staff deserves recognition for their hard work and attention to detail. Keep it up!

The drive thru personal made me go up front stating couldn't hear me due to the truck noise(diesel) my order took longer to get it. Not very friendly customer and got the order in a rude way.

First, the biscuits and burgers are always delicious. The service is always prompt and polite.
But I want to add that as long as Imelda is working at Carls Jr, I will be eating at Carls Jr. When my wife became disabled, Imelda took the time to open the door for her and always make her feel welcome.
