It's Charley's, decent overpriced cheese steak(hard to find places that use whiz for delivery). But being overpriced, annoying when they forget the jalapenos you ordered for delivery.

Charley’s Cheesesteak, Tacoma WA (May 18, 2023)Discovered this chain almost a month ago when I was seeking out eateries for a trip to Cleveland, OH. I’ve always been a Cheesesteak fan, and was planning to eat that while in Cleveland. Checked the website and realized there are branches in WA, so I tabled that until recently. I did install the App then and realized there were very good offers provided to reward members when you sign up.The visit, with my daughter, was just before noon on a Thursday. The store was located in a food court, so had quite a bit of competition. Decided to use the App to order food just to see how efficient the app is. Everything was smooth going with the App. Sandwiches were easily configurable. Ordered both a regular Old School cheesesteak, and a small Chicken Philly special that came with fries.The food tasted very good. The downside with the old school steak philly was that it was doused with cheese sauce. For those who love cheese sauce, great; I happen to be the one that likes cheesesteak with a good slice of cheese slowly melting into the sandwich. The chicken philly came with that, and it was good. The next issue was that despite customizing the chicken philly for extra extra grilled onions, green peppers and grilled mushrooms, the sandwich did not come with those extras; it actually came with other ingredients added that were not specified. Not a big deal though it reflects a little carelessness of the store food preparers. The fries that came with the chicken Philly were excellent. Oh, do make sure you try out the strawberry watermelon lemonade with small bits of strawberry and watermelon at the bottom of the cup.Overall, the food was great tasting. Service was pretty fast, and there are lots of seats given it’s the food court. I’ll definitely visit the place when the cheesesteak desire strikes again. Ample parking space as well given it is located inside the Tacoma Mall.Happy Eating !!!!
Food was great.. until we found hair in my wife's sandwich, needless to say that kinda ruined all of it.

So kinda confused enjoyed the food a lot and then noticed after eating pretty much all my food a shrimp tail on the end of my sandwich and I went on the menu hoping they had shrimp on their menu and to my surprise no shrimp was offered so how did that end up on my food?? I have my receipt

I ordered a regular Bacon 3 Cheese. The staff was nice, and service was fast. The food was delicious, the portion was filling, and the price was reasonable. I do recommend eating here, and would come again.

We went to Tacoma Mall location ordered the cheesesteak with no onions no mayonnaise and asked for ketchup to be put on it he said well we wouldn't put ketchup on that in a very rude way. So I got home got the sandwich was going to eat it and there's onions all over it So it went straight into the trash can. It was a horrible place We will never go there again.!!!! The person taking the order does not listen.
