BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I was having a horribly stressful week and to top it all off I pick up ordered for the wrong location. Instead of me having to drive there even though I was in a rush, the sweetest lady made a new order for me at this location. I am so thankful to her for making my week better. ♥️ I order from here all the time and it’s nice to have them care.

How do they run out of stuff so bad. They ran out of chicken before 6pm… And we only had 2 people in front of us in line but it took like 20 minutes to get food.

Very disappointed.. I waited over an hour ordering delivery through the website. The delivery driver gave me the wrong order a different persons name. I gave it back saying that it was incorrect so he said he would be back. Safe to say he didn’t come back. It is just very disappointing there is nothing to mediate the problem. I am very hungry at work now 😞

Not only did my food have a piece of sponge, the dining room was dirty. I saw customers cleaning their own tables. The food on the line was dirty looking, a mess everywhere. Take the time to clean the line please. I saw the cook throw random portions of ingridients into the rice. I will never eat there again. I will go back to show the manager the images I took of the piece of sponge in my food

Second time here and the same issue again. I ordered online, the app said my food was ready, I told them my name, and they acknowledged me. Then I stood there for about 10 minutes while everyone else got helped. I had to ask a second time before they finally got my order. There’s no reason pickup orders should take this long. Service needs improvement.

First time going to Chipotle and not impressed. Food was good-- like Subway setup for non-authentic Mexican food. Price okay -- not high but not cheap either expect to pay around $20+ per person total at minimum. Unfortunately the Tacoma Mall location was seriously lacking in staffing: customer service was poor (the employees appeared to be present for the paycheck only) and cleanliness was very poor. There was a line of people but there is no excuse for not having a single clean table and overflowing trash. Even the counters around the food needed to be wiped up in between customers (and clearly had not been). There was not a lack of employees that night -- some clearly busy and a few appeared to be lost.

I've been to this location a few times with family and many other times to pick up orders for people who order through Doordash etc and the service is not ever very great. Many employees never have smiles on their faces and you feel like you're being rushed and they tend to mess up online orders quite frequently. Also inside the lobby area feels quite crammed as it's a small space and there are too many tables/chairs in the lobby navigating through them to the line and back out the door. Drink area is messy and looks like it should be cleaned & stocked more often

terrible service lady giving chicken gives the guy before me a very full scoop covering all his rice, he didn't ask for extra nor did he pay extra, and for me she gave 8 pieces of chicken even shook some off the spoon because she thought I was getting too much, lady giving salsa and other things kept giving me dirty looks and barely any sour cream when I ask for extra, terrible workers acting like it comes out of their pay checks.

Best experience I’ve ever had, they absolutely filled my bowl up tooo the max they even had a hard time closing the lid, I only paid $10.63 for a full filling delicious meal and a HALF!!! Would def recommend this place for all
