After years of searching I have done it. I have found the greatest Chipotle in North America. After 3+ trips, not only has this place never disappointed: it demolishes my expectations every time. The ingredients are always fresh, always colorful, always tasteful. The staff accommodates any and all requests. The line is never out of any options, the guac is always well done, and I’ve watched the staff temp check every item on the line. If Chipotle was smart, they would fly people into SeaTac and send them down to the Tacoma mall to see what the gold standard of Chipotle looks like. As a former Chipotle employee myself, this place bleeds the mission. I have seen many negative reviews so maybe it’s a change in management, maybe I’ve just caught it on good days, but a tip of the hat. There is hope left in the world for quality fast food.

GOATED chipotle, came here for the first time and the staff was so nice and patient. Especially Janaya, phenomenal worker, don’t know if I spelt her name correctly. Visited around 9pm, she helped me create a beautiful bowl. She was able to detail the taste and heat level on each bowl ingredients. Very patient with me, since I’m clueless about the chipotle stuff. Appreciate her and the staff for their kindness and awesome service.

Rude, girl at the drive thru curbside. No greeting, no thank you, hello, goodbye…. Nothing. Just Here is your order with a bag in my face is all I got out of her. Poor, poor customer service. I had order for pick up 7/25/25 at 9:10 pm. So, if that helps to management. Please train your staff to be more pleasant to customers.

When i go to Chipotle its because of its freshness. Right off the start the atmosphere was upbeat and the place was clean. People were being attended fast, and the portions were on point. The negative side off the experience was that while most my bites out my food tasted great... one of the bites had something that didn't belong and literaly made me throw it up. I got 2 burrito bowl and so because of how bad that bite taste, I didn't finish my first one or started the second one. I just threw it in the trash. Everything would have been perfect if it wasn't for that nasty bite that I still have no idea what it was.
