Had to return after picking up my order because an item was missing. When I mentioned it to the staff, they looked at me like I was in the wrong and didn’t offer an apology. While they did provide the missing item, the lack of acknowledgment or customer service left a bad impression.

I ordered a double steak burrito and I only got one little scoop of steak. I had a friend that used to work at chipotle and I sent a picture over Instagram to them and they even said that isn’t the right scoop for a double steak they said it supposed to be double the portion size and I did not receive a double portion size for my steak burrito. Why am I gonna pay extra for a single serving when it’s supposed to be a double???😤

I ordered 2 bowls online and set to pick up at 8:40pm and I’m there right at 8:40pm. They ask who’s the order for and I say my name Rhett, they come back to me and say they don’t have an order under that name. I then show them the order information on my phone with the app. One order consists of a half and half meat with extra rice and it wasn’t even a full bowl then they didn’t even give me extra rice which was stated on the order. Then my other order was a steak bowl with extra rice. This order was not full either and I had to ask for them to be remade since it wasn’t up to par. They say we can only give you a small bowl of rice and when I start eating my bowl with steak and e tea rice they literally didn’t even give me any steak. I’m not the type to complain and I work in food service but come one. We eat with our eyes first and presentation was not there

Finally, a chipotle visit that although it had a long line and noisy atmosphere, I got a well portioned burrito, with the ingredients i wanted, without having to argue with the person making it. Good job.

It's a chipotle, so the food is what you expect. It was busy, I understand the rush. Unfortunately, the service was poorly done in haste and rude as a result. The order was nearly mixed with the customer in front of me. I didn't get guacamole, which feels like less when it's on the side (not sure since I don't work there for standard portion training). Then, I asked for regular chips and queso- didn't happen. Then they tried to rush me after paying with card when I was trying to leave a cash tip. The girl rudley said "you're all set, I'm trying to get through this line." So, I certainly felt the attitude and left a $1 instead of what I was originally hoing to leave for the busy crew.

My service was poor and they probably deserve better breaks. Food service is rough, but unfortunately, my experience was poor during a rush at that location from two frontline workers.

I feel as though team could probably be better encouraged to help operations and morale to evade this sort of language and behavior to customers.

My name is not Andrew Pudists, but that's whose order they gave me at this Chipotle. Got home, saw the mistake, called in, and talked to Demaris, the manager.

Demaris is easily one of the most unpleasant people I've ever had to speak with. She put the blame on me for having a common name, said that her store wasn't responsible and wouldn't offer me a refund.

She then proceeded to give me a fake number to customer service and refuse to spell her name (maybe she doesn't know how?).

All in all, a normal average Chipotle, but with awful management should it ever get there

I only come to chipotle if it’s an emergency and I have no time to make food before work and for my break. Today, I had ordered a burrito bowl for pickup as I was in a rush to eat before clocking in. I came to the digital pickup drive thru a bit early before my pickup time and was asked to wait somewhere else, no biggie. When I got my order and opened it up there was not even half a cup of barbacoa in my bowl, yet there was a huge bed of rice as well as lettuce, and barely any guacamole too. I do not appreciate getting such small portions of barbacoa and lettuce when I paid extra for something I usually don’t get because as everyone knows chipotle is very expensive. why are the bowls so big if you don’t put a good amount of meat and guacamole. If I hadn’t had to clock in for work I would have came back and said something, but I used the digital pickup lane for a reason because I was in a rush.

The manager here is unbearable. Her name is Ronita (unsure of spelling). Her service and attitude when correcting a simple order mishap (missing ingredients in an online order) was counter productive and has cost the company another supporting customer. She even insulted my husband for using uber eats instead of picking up his food when you don’t know why, nor is it her business why, anyone would opt in for delivery. (ex: disabled, drinking alcohol, no vehicle, the list goes ON).

This service should be embarrassing for the store location and company as a whole. After dealing with the horrible customer service from the manager, the nice store associate apologized and said “its been a long day”, but unfortunate news flash, its been a long day for many people, if its been a long day for you, have empathy and imagine what your customers too may be going through. Never visiting this location again solely due to the horrible service by manager Ronita. Managers should have better empathy and problem solving skills to avoid escalate customer emotions which may already be heightened or frustrated due to the restaurants mistakes. Cashier associate named Brooke did the best she could to mediate the situation.

One of the most inept and incompetent crew I have ever experienced.
In respect to take out and delivery the management and the crew members continue giving out my take out orders via DoorDash or UberEats without confirming the driver confirms the pick up. The order will continue circulating in the system for potentially hours. When the restaurant is confronted in regard to this matter they take personal offense and claim they “are doing their job” when obviously order after order is being stolen right from under their noses!
The delivery driver(s) loses his opportunity for payment the customer loses the order and the restaurant loses money by remaking the order over and over! The African American crew member or manager should forfeit her position immediately and take a job elsewhere!
She considers herself in high regards to the Universe!
Much humbling is needed ASAP or a day of reckoning awaits!
I’m DONE!
