I am hypoglycemic and today while at the Tacoma Mall I found myself in a low blood sugar crash and was helped by two of my friends to the closest place that sold sweet things ((cinnabon)) while there I was losing my vision so I couldn't see the menu but the worker who was helping me was so sweet and understanding, she helped me with what I needed in an orderly and before my condition could worsen.

The bug-eyed cashier (twenty-something? black male) acted weird and didn’t even say “What would you like?” Freaking weirdo. He just started into the distance. Got my iced coffee and made the mistake of tipping .60, because I know not tipping at all is incredibly rude. But I should’ve left no tip. Seems like places just employ anyone now. Hope this was not the same guy who ate behind the counter. Other than that, my iced coffee was good. But please hire more better employees. Got under my skin so much that I didn’t even say “thank you”.

I love Cinnabon, but I was shocked to see and very disgusted to see one of your employees today at roughly 5:20pm eating a Cinnabon and eating his food over the food on front counter. So nasty and unsanitary man!!!!

Please I repeat please ask for a receipt. I went on 6/23/24 I bought the bonbites which came to about $7.00 and some change .The cashier asked for payment so slid my car and out of no where on the register screen read $16 and some change . nothing close out so I asked for a receipt and he said "YUP" the price mysteriously changed back to 7 and some change on the screen. Ya'll be careful and remember to ask for receipts.

The staff that works at this cinnabon is so amazing! I enjoy coming here. It makes you feel very appreciated as a customer. With the risk of sounding corny, it's not family here.
Leilani was absolutely amazing with her customer service and attitude. I was there last Saturday and couldn't get over how very well mannered and professional she maintained herself with the rude customer in front of her. I payed for my order and her cheerful demeanor seemed to brighten up others. James seemed kind of rude.

There’s a thing about nostalgia, when you crave a dish or a “Cinnabon” and then you go get it and are underwhelmed.That’s how I felt, although I can’t really be mad or upset. All I’m saying is the cinnamon rolls aren’t what I remember. Where they not fresh , warm and crispy before. Cooked thoroughly? Idk .. still a good bite I definitely enjoyed it. Staff was very friendly!!
