She's lead a couple of giveaways to help families in need with back packs and Christmas gifts, reaching hundreds of families and has been fully backed and supported by the Cooper's owners and staff!! Go out and support this amazing community establishment so they can continue to reach more and more families!! Jeffrey is another wonderful server!! They make you feel like you belong there! Recommended Cooper's untested with visiting friends for brunch and it was excellent. If you were wondering, I googled for the best brunch place in Tacoma and Cooper's was on top of the search result page.
The vibe is like Applebee's and Red Robbins except local. The servings are good for two, the prices are reasonable, and the dishes we ordered were yummy.
If you are looking for a solid place to dine-in in Tacoma, Cooper's is it.

Ethan was a wonderful server and had wonderful recommendations the caprese bites and lamb burger were amazing
Whatever you do, don’t order the steak here…it came out in under 10 minutes, and it looked/tasted microwaved. The compound butter on top looked like vomit. Got 2 orders of the steak, and a bottle of wine. Very dissatisfied spent $100 for something I couldn’t eat. Had high hopes, but that’s what I get for ordering a $23 steak.

Stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch. Parking lot was nearly full which we figured was a good sign. Atmosphere is casual and per the sign at the front desk, we found a booth to sit in. Service was bit slow but friendly.
Cooper's Philly with jalapenos was served hot with tender beef and melted cheese on a light slightly toasted bun which was quite tasty and delicious. Onion rings were served hot and tasty; however, they were a bit too oily. Also ordered a lamb burger with fries. The lamb burger was also tasty and delicious. Fries were a bit under-cooked and not as crispy as expected.
Overall, we were quite pleased with our visit here at a very good and reasonably priced locally popular restaurant. If we are in the area again, we won't hesitate to return.
