Products are good, perfect for people with huge sweet tooths. However, there is a short, much older woman who is unnecessarily incredibly rude to new staff who, mind you, just started and are still in training (maybe someone should tell her that). Honestly never want to interact with her ever again.

Preorders at this store is a joke. Ordered 4 hours in advance they took 15 minutes to do the order most orders should be out in 2 to 5 mins. I showed up in the time window specified. Both the manager and the associate only made excuses as to why this happened.
