Awesome awesome awesome I'm not the biggest crumble fan as their chocolate chip cookies have no flavor they just tastes like flour no vanilla no butter or no salt but this location has every cookie you want no matter what time of the day it is do not waste your time on the Lakewood location I went there when they first opened and they didn't have the most popular cookies
I’m only giving this 4 stars because my boyfriend and I usually never have issue with this Crumbl Cookie except this last time. They messed up our order and didn’t tell us about any substitutions and we didn’t notice u too we got home. Otherwise this location is usually on point and I enjoy my cookies all the same. :)
The owners of this location should be ashamed. Today is the second time we've visited and there are only two people working there doing everything. Making the cookies, decorating, packaging and customer service. The equipment and front of house is a mess. Not the fault of the staff. They clearly don't have the help they needed.
