Cuerno Bravo Steakhouse Reviews
We went for the first time last night for my early birthday dinner at the recommendation of a friend and we were NOT disappointed! We started with a bottle of Walla Walla Sangiovese which was delicious. We had the Queso Fundido, for sides we ordered Rajitas Poblanas (Fire roasted poblano peppers in a cream and corn sauce) and the Papa Loca (Baked and seasoned potato topped with smoked bacon, 4 cheese blend, Mexican crema and wagyu carne asada), we each got the filet mignon flight...read full review
This was the most amazing celebratory dinner! We got the Australian Wagyu ribeye, the papa loca potato, and pollo asado. All were delicious, I’ve never tasted anything like it and we will definitely be back! All staff were friendly and welcoming, it was nice to have some direction on the best way to use the searing stone as well. They even brought out a tray of cut fruit and herbs for our water! It was the meal of a lifetime.
I will write sonnets about this dish!
It was nearly transcendent.
It's not a meal, it's a dream.
I need to sit with this for a while before describing.
I'm on a higher vibration now.
Might be the spicy mezcal margarita, but definitely the Arrachera skirt steak.
The music is loud, but I got lost in the tastes and didn't notice it after a while.
The wait staff are very nice and quick to bring you anything you need.
I can't wait until my next visit.

Cuerno Bravo Steakhouse is a great place that offers superb presentation and quality. The knowledgeable staff ensures a good dining experience. Many steaks, like the Australian wagyu filet, are served on a sizzling hot stone, allowing customers to sear their meat to their liking. It is recommended to order one temperature below what you prefer. The atmosphere is lively and perfect for conversation, though the music can be loud. The front area can be loud and geared towards a bar scene, but the back dining room provides a quieter and more intimate setting. Service is attentive, with wait staff making sure all needs are met. The menu includes high-quality options like the Australian Wagu rib eye and New York strip, cooked to perfection. Sides such as the loaded baked potato are highly recommended. The drink options are diverse, with lots of whiskey options and tasty drinks like the Southern blush and old fashion. There is street parking and a small paid parking lot. Overall, Cuerno Bravo Steakhouse is a top choice for steak lovers, offering a unique take, excellent service, and delicious food.
