I had an amazing experience here. The service was outstanding. The food is excellent. The drinks are phenomenal! I thought everything was reasonable priced for the quality that they provide. The rums and ingredients that they use are top notch. If you are into Tiki this place is the real deal!

I’m ashamed to say that I’ve lived in Tacoma for years and failed to appreciate how adorable and charming an evening at Da Tiki Hut could be! Error corrected. This is a seriously sweet speakeasy style tiki bar with excellent drinks, tasty food and great service. Don’t be fooled by the humble entryway, just ask for the bar!

We've been coming here off and on for years. We were in a hurry to make our ferry and the place was packed. The owner Steve heard us mention catching the ferry and he sat us right away and expedited our delicious 3 meat lunch specials, I usually get the moco loco but decided on the 3 meat and it was to die for. This place is tucked away and very easy to drive past on busy 6th Ave but Do yourself a favor and try the food out, its worth it.
