Ok I was at this location about 3 months ago and if I remember correctly everything was OK but the food, this time I ordered take-out it was Cobb salad with prime rib so I pick it up go home and sit down to eat and I was floored to say the least. This was not prime rib nothing about it was prime rib , it looked like nothing but hard chewed up grizzle you know that hard fat on the ends of cheap steaks that was about 8 pieces of this hard fat no prime rib no Edible steak and I gave it to my dog and he looked like he was questioning eating. Needless to say I lost my appetite and was furious because I had to rush off to work, I had no time to go back to the restaurant to complain and tell the cook what I thought and as time went by I forgot about it, I sure hope he was let go. Also hope that nobody has the same experience that I did. thanks for listening

I've had the Southwest Benny at 3 Dennys, and this was by far the worst. Lacking any plating fitness, needed more flavor and it appeared the chef didn't care. Others in party were very disappointed as well. Skip this restaurant and go to the one in Puyallup or better yet the one in Fife.

Their advertisement are misleading. Coffee cups were dirty. 1 Waitress sat me another took my order and never came back the bus boy asked if I wanted more coffee.
The manager was attentive to the customers and employees and took care of potential issues before they became an issue. Polite and efficient employees.
