I like to treat myself every once in awhile by eating here. I never get anything but the schnitzel with mushroom gravy, which comes with cucumber salad and German potato salad. I also get the bread pudding. I was a little worried when ownership changed but the three times I have eaten this meal since the change have assured me that the quality is just as good as before. I Highly recommend Citron Bistro. From making a reservation for one of the busiest days of the year(Mother’s Day) too excellent service and amazing food. The chef even popped by and checked on us. Thank you Dory and the rest of the staff. Our meals were excellent and very fair prices for extremely high quality, scratch made food. Food was AMAZING! Chef and staff were welcoming, friendly, and courteous, with a warm and comfortable atmosphere. This is probably one of the best restaurants in Pierce County that makes delicious food from scratch. Highly recommend!
