“I enjoyed a really special four-course dinner on "around the world" night this month, featuring cuisine of Costa Rica. Every course was wonderful: beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I don't know how Chef Blanca does it for just one meal each month but I never miss one if I can possible be there!“
“Excellent sauerkraut and potatoe salad with bratwurst appetizer, which was also good with a large salad. The chicken cordon Bleu slightly dry, but still very good. The vegetable medley with it was good. The red fruit dessert was was unusual , liquid and very good, wirh taste of cherries and berries.“
