I haven’t had dennys in a couple of years, decided to stop by this dennys and had a great experience. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly. We had contact with Edwina, she was extremely attentive and nice.

Lisa is an over the top waitress. There is an old couple that comes in (dementia or something) She goes out of her way to serve the gentleman with dignity and creative intervention. I love you Lisa you are amazing. You have faith in humanity again.

Waiter was polite, but while we were waiting for our order every cup was visibly dirty, leaving brown residue on yhe napkins we tested them with. I got up and told the waiter we were going to just go, to cancel our order and suggesting she speak to the one who washes dishes. She said it wasn't a person, but that she was waiting for the dishwasher to get serviced. Cups had grease and lip residue on them and sticky residue. Someone is going to get very sick, they should close temporarily until the washer is fixed or properly wash by hand

The most horrible meal I ever had!!! Host was constantly trying to push me out of the door when trying to sit down and enjoy my meal and not have to be outside in the 42° rain I hope someone fixes this lack of customer service because nobody deserves to be treated that way
I took my son & grandson to breakfast for my son's bday. The place wasn't extremely crowded & we were welcomed and seated pretty fast. I noticed that our waitress and another lady employee were the only ones on the floor. So, even tho it wasn't booth-to-booth-to-table packed, there were enough customers to make these ladies work a little harder & faster for just the two of them serving every customer. Our waitress (sweetie I'm so sorry I forgot ur name) was friendly, very helpful, & provided great service. I hate to say it, but not all the other Denny's that I have been to in Pierce County can be adequately compared. We enjoyed our food, even with our substitution requests, and enjoyed our service with a very nice waitress. She deserved the tip $$ we left for her. ☺️😋

If you are ordering from "wing zone" on Uber eats just know that it's a scam and you're actually ordering dennys apparently. The actual Wing Zone corporate is unaware of this activity and my food never even showed up. Spoke with the manager about this and he said he doesn't care he just gets online orders that say wing zone and he just fulfills orders. Not his problem that his restaurant is scamming people.
