I just had the Rueben and my friend had the Philly, quick, clean, fair price. Limited menu and but pleasant Owner that actually said thanks for coming in. That's a lost art!

I love to write honest reviews, and this one was hard. My expectations were high with such a high rating. However, in the insurance world, we call this lack of credible data. There are not many reviews. I would call the decor industrial Nuevo with a flair of concrete. It's a large area onside but only offers 5 oblong tables. Two tables for seating of two and three tables for 3. There is a nice walking path right in the marina. Certainly, it is a destination for food as there is no competition close by. It must cater to the apartment and condos next to it.The food was good. Not great, but it's absolutely not bad. It was served on a tin baking sheet with black paper under the sandwich. Dining in the only customer service that exists is someone putting the tray in front of you. Make sure you dump your tray in the garbage can on the way out.I am assuming that in the nice weather months, they open the area out front for outdoor seating. I left wanting to own this establishment. Tremendous opportunity in this location for good traffic.Parking: Not sure if it's free

They made food for a teachers workshop I attended. It was my first time there. The service was so friendly and the sandwiches were delicious. You can’t beat their quiet little waterfront location on Thea Foss either. What a gem.

This tiny Deli is located in one corner of a larger performance/event space with a view of the waterfront. We stopped by for lunch and really enjoyed the sandwiches that we ordered. I'd easily give them a 4.5 stars for the food. Tasty, freshly prepared, and reasonably priced. Unfortunately I'd give them 3 stars for ambiance and accessibility. They are in an event space and have a few tables generally in front of their counter. They are subject to the disruptions from groups setting up for events. (When we were there a rock group was setting up on risers.) They are located on the back (water side) of a large commercial/residential block. Although there was a sign seemingly directing us into the parking garage, we never did find a route from the garage to the deli and ended up walking the entire outside perimeter of the building to find the entrance. Clear signage would be a big plus. So good food, but challenging location. Probably really nice in the summer when outside seating along the waterfront would be available. Worth a stop if you are in the neighborhood.

Closed but everything says open... losers. From out of town and definitely not trying again in future.

One of the best Reubens I have had in PNW. Little tough to find but definitely worth it - just keep walking towards water ?

Yelp and Google says they're open. Signage on door at location says they're open but door is locked. Called and no one answered phone.

Cute location (I remember seeing the deli when we toured this wedding venue!) Indoor seating area is pretty simple, just a few tables and chairs. I was in class at UWT and found it to be a nice walk (~10mins). I enjoyed my Reuben sandwich and loved my caramel latte! I liked that they offered caprese skewers as a side option instead of chips. This is a great lunch spot.

We've been here a couple times now and have not been disappointed. This quaint little place. Next to the marina. Sandwiches cold or hot are yummy! Service is wonderful. We always enjoy ourselves here. If you like a quiet, beautiful views, and yummy sandwiches come and support this place! It's awesome!

Vern is so welcoming and makes a mean sandwich. Dogs are welcome on the patio :) Currently it seems the hours are Wed- Saturday lunch time.
