Not super busy and a really nice cute place to get a morning meal. They have so much good food and drinks, like avocado toast, coffee, smoothies, and cinnamon rolls. Short wait and plenty of seating!
Awesome little coffee place! I got the crème brûlée late and it was delicious! Only thing that prevented me from 5 stars was the disappointment of not being able to try their avocado toast bc their oven was broke.

We loved the location and felt very safe here. Easy access from the University. We loooved the avocado toast and panini was heated up for us. The coffee was delicious and I believe three shots of espresso was enough.We sat planning our trip this year and loved being able to plug in and utilize wifi too. Great spot!
