I orders pizza to go around 7pm. When I showed up at 720 they told me they were remaking it because it had too many bubbles. At 735 I asked about my pizza and a woman rudely said "she just needs to hold on". I can't believe how rude and terrible the service was. I asked for a refund which I was given but no apology for anything.
My pizza was just warm but expected for delivery I guess. My main complaint is no icing with my cinnamon bites. I called and was told I didn’t order icing. I said website says it comes with 1 icing. Here’s screenshot of order page I used online. NO ONE wants cinnamon bites without icing Dominos! And to pay $8 delivery charge and almost $4 tip to drive one mile, bring me some dang icing. I didn’t have a vehicle at the time or I would have gone and gotten it.
Ordered through the app and got half of my order delivered. You would think this would put a damper on your night, and at first, I thought so too! The missing portion of my order was delivered by a lovely man named Malcom. Malcom presented himself as an approachable, hard working man. His kindness turned what would have been a terrible night, into a beautiful evening. Thank you Malcom!
