I love 💕 East West Cafe Proctor...best food & ALWAYS amazing service!!! I go whenever I can!!!
The menu has so many wonderful items to choose from, every time we come in we try something new. But we always have to start with the fresh spring rolls, they are the best I have ever enjoyed!
I would give this restaurant a 5☆ rating because it has always been good. This time though my meal was too spicy and salty. I asked for a 2, like I always do, but it was closer to a 4. I told my server, but she did nothing. You really take a chance of losing a long time customer when you dismiss them like that. I will say the spring roll was delicious. Also that large picture that practically sits on the 2 top below it needs to go. It is very dirty.
