Spicy Lemongrass Noodle Soup
Imagine our "Pho" taken up a notch with flavors from lemongrass, shallots, garlic, and chili oil.
Pad Kee Mao
Also known as "Drunken noodles", this is a traditional Thai dish with wide noodles stir-fried with garlic, mixed vegetables, basil, and our special sauce.
Fried Tilapia
Lightly coated in corn flour, fillets of white tilapia are pan-fried then topped with fried shallot and onion in our special sauce. Served with white rice and green salad.
Bo Kho (Vietnamese Beef Stew)
Considered one of the most popular comfort foods in Vietnam, Bo Kho consists of cubes of beef braised with potatoes, carrots, star anise, lemongrass and five-spice powder. Served with a french baguette, egg noodles or rice.

Fried Wontons

Banh Xeo (Saigon Crepe)
We call it Banh Xeo because when it is poured into skillet it makes a sizzling sound. This crepe is stuffed with chicken slices, prawns, yellow mung bean, onion, bean sprouts, jicama and mushrooms. Served with our special dipping sauce.

Stopped here after a visit to the Tacoma Glass Blowing store on Proctor. Was very pleased with the food and beverage. Will definitely be back!

Absolutely recommend the beef pho here very tasty and hot. They prepare everything even the sides to the string beans to the chopped basil here been loving this place for years and more years to come
