Ajiaco Santafereno
Ajiaco soup is a Colombian chicken and potato soup, typically served with corn on the cob, chopped avocado, capers and a drizzle of sour cream. An important ingredient in ajiaco is guasca, which is an herb grown throughout South America.
Bandeja Paisa
This is a traditional dish served with grilled skirt steak, rice, beans, carne molida, avocado, arepa, pork chicharron, chorizo, sweet plantain over easy egg.
Picada Veggie

The owner was telling us what she had for breakfast and I wanted it too. They made it for me and it was delicious ❤I had rice, lentil soup with fried egg and avocado.

This restaurant has improved so much in terms of food. The employees are friendly and the atmosphere is great! I got the Churrasco and some beef empanadas. Definitely the best Colombian restaurant in Tacoma! 🇨🇴

Great service, music, and food! I tried the Bandeja Paisa, and it was delicious. I loved everything except the rice; I think it could improve, but overall the food had great seasoning, and I will definitely visit again.
