Ajiaco Santafereno
Ajiaco soup is a Colombian chicken and potato soup, typically served with corn on the cob, chopped avocado, capers and a drizzle of sour cream. An important ingredient in ajiaco is guasca, which is an herb grown throughout South America.
Bandeja Paisa
This is a traditional dish served with grilled skirt steak, rice, beans, carne molida, avocado, arepa, pork chicharron, chorizo, sweet plantain over easy egg.

This small Colombian restaurant is super charming and has excellent food. Try their empanadas (only had Venezuelan on the day I visited) and arepas. You won’t be disappointed. The way they season their meats especially the chicken is chefs kiss. Highly recommend stopping in for a bite.

It would really help if I spoke or understood the language, but going off the pics on there menu i was able to order! Wish I remembered what it was exactly but some hamburger with flat buns, and it was really good!! Fyi...

I've had this place on my must try for a while. Honestly, super disappointed. Service was great and so was the cheese empanadas, but that's where it ended. Both my meal and my husband's meal, were one dimensional and lacked variety of flavor. Not to mention both of our chicken (mine was shredded and his was whole) were so dry. I choked on a couple of peices after trying to soak them in the dip provided for the empanadas. After a few bites my husband didn't...
