Giovanni has the best customer service skills in all of Tacoma Washington. Excellent and quick service with delicious authentic homemade desserts. I would've posted a picture but I ate the dessert too fast 😂
Enjoyed the Italian soda. My son didn't like the lemonade they put cream in it. The milkshake was delicious and thick. They use real ice cream. The beef hotdog was delicious and I was hungry. The staff are very friendly and helped with the products I couldn't read .
Giovanni alone is getting 5/5 stars. He was SO kind & SO patient & reassured us to take our time, even though they closed in a hour. We saw multiple people come in, up until the 10min before closing and they never once looked annoyed with the customers. They also stay open late which is nice when you want to get a late night snack like we did.
