The sore is small but cute and clean. The employees were kind and patient. We gor the Toast Flight with the Artichoke toast, Mediterranean toast and the Chipotle toast. All three were absolutely delicious and full of flavor! The Acai bowls looked fantastic, but I did didn't get one this time. I am not one to usually go for more vegetarian foods, but I will be back to try more!!

Disappointed at the customer service makes me not want to come back, I got a item that I ended up not liking and they said I couldn’t switch it out which i understand so I asked for a refund and they proceeded to say they couldn’t do a refund, so you would rather lose customers then do the right thing? They gave me a refund with attitude saying this is the one time they would do it and wouldn’t do it again, whatever. As I was waiting they proceeded to give a guy a refund with NO ISSUE?? So I’m confused?? I hope they work on their customer service and maybe let’s let customers get refunds for items they are saying they don’t like, maybe I was having an Allergic reaction? Are you still not gonna let me have a refund?

I've been going here for years but super disappointed that the bowls keep getting more and more expensive and filled with less stuff. I know things are expensive but I can't help but feel ripped off for an $18 bowl plus tip.
But the thing that really annoyed me is they gave me a 30-minute wait time, and when I returned in 40 minutes my bowl is sitting there melting on the counter. This is a Frozen thing and not only is it underfilled liquefying and just leaving it on the counter on a hot day is really inconsiderate and also probably not food safe.

The amount of topping they add on bowls at Eternal is amazing! Also enjoyed the variety of toppings they have to offer and types of bowls. However, due to the amount of toppings there didn’t seem to be enough of the açai base which was also a little flavorless and very wet consistency. Personally would have preferred a more solid/semi frozen consistency.

I come in here often and never wait more than 5 minutes for my bowls. Today I came in and I was the one of the only people in here and got a 3 bowls to go and waited 21 minutes. Multiple people came in after me and got their bowls and smoothies before I did.
