I placed my order a few months ago to send to Florida for a family reunion and they delivered overnight as promised and they were still alive! They were sweet and big. They didn't have any missing claws or legs either! Totally recommend!!!!

It was my first time ordering a live crab.I ordered 8 crabs, and the conclusion was very satisfactory.It's the right size (is it big?)It was very fresh.On the first day, I cooked and ate three, the rest in a boxI left it outside, but the crabs stayed alive for two more days.Everyone ate deliciously and enjoyed it.It was a very satisfying experience.

Live holding tank and you pick. What an awesome treat. They have been there regularly through the last few months. My wife and I just stopped by today to pick up some fresh dungeness. I knew from previous purchases (at a local farmers market) the quality was phenomenal, however today's experience with the customer service (Gordon) was over the top! He was engaging, personable and eager to help. In fact he gave us some ideas on prep & cooking and followed up via text with a recipe.
We moved here from the Midwest, six months ago and have only ever purchased dungeness from Fathom. With this staff and experience we had today, that cemented us as a customers for life.
