Food great and came out quick. Not sure what was going on with staff (short staffed?). No follow up after order or ask if needed anything else such as another drink as ours were empty. One staff rude to another patron waiting on their to go order. Wasn’t a horribly busy night.
Fondi has mastered the texture of a gluten free pizza crust! Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside!! Only problem is: SOOOO SALTY!!!! If you could make it with 1/2 the salt it would be PERFECTION. Otherwise highly recommend!

We got 2 pizzas, bianco and pepperoni, and the meatballs. We were expecting the large meat balls but they were the smaller size and they were not hot, they borderline on cold. Regardless they tasted great. Our pizza it was the same, they weren't cold but they definitely weren't that pizza hot temperature you expect. Again...
