Service is TERRIBLE, MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE, and there’s a HIGH chance my family of 7 got food poisoning from here (we had stool samples taken and it was confirmed and this was Theo not meal we all had in common). Regional manager reached out and was VERY dismissive. I made a fb post bringing attention to this and this is how they respond…
Before this review (since we can only leave one) I left a review about how I spent $70 and missed basically half our order and/or it was wrong plus the replacement was GROSS!

It was fast and the customer service was amazing when it came to cooking the food just the way we like it. The atmosphere was okay it looks like they were having a lot of fun being at work kind of made me jealous! ??
Always go to never disappoints food's great service is great I don't live in the area now but it's worth the drive occasionally. I'll always come back unless something really changes

We were feeding 30 youth in our program. Frugals came through with having the order almost done as we got there. They dropped the fries just before our pickup time. The youth loved them, didn't even ask for cheese for the burger, which was surprising. Thank you for making their evening!

They messed up my order and when I went to wait in line and get a replacement burger they tried charging me for the replacement burger and they drenched my burger in mustard and they were defensive about their screw ups
