I've been to many sushi places in the Tacoma/Seattle area and Fujiya certainly stands out as one the best. I can really only speak to the nigiri, but it is always fresh, melt in your mouth tender and generous slices of fish. So good! I want to go back just talking about it!
The only thing worse than the service was the food I absolutely do not suggest going there. Drove all the way from Port Orchard and it was terrible.
