We tried harbor city because of a recommendation and it did. It disappoint. The Tacoma area is lacking in decent Chinese food places. I’m glad we finally found a place worth eating!!!

New Review: Went today to eat inside, prompt service and a nice eating area. Ordered the same House Special Egg Foo Young and some steamed ribs with blackbean. They were both delicious. I couldn’t finish it all so I asked for take out containers so I can enjoy again later :D

I was looking for a place that knew how to make good egg foo young and I saw this place made it so I decided to try them
out.
It had good reviews so that was promising, also when I went to get my food I saw a lot of Asian people so that’s another plus. It was packed.
In my opinion, if there are Asians dining in an Asian spot, that usually means its a good Asian food place.
So I got my food and I was wondering if it was supposed to come with rice cuz I didn’t get any and I also didn’t get a fork or something to eat with. So I’m just like whatever.
Anyways it came with sauce on the side and some chili oil on the side. There was 3 big fluffy omellete’s. I got the House special Egg Foo Young.
It was nice, soft and hot. The taste was delicious and just the right amount of seasonings to give it that authenthic Chinese taste. So I am happy I finally found a place that can make good Egg Foo Young!
I will definitely try out their other stuff next time.

The menu was only available by scanning the code but the internet did not work. An incoviencence.
Fantastic food large portions and tasty. The back area had a better atmosphere the front area was just a room with tables. Unfortunately we were placed in the front area.

Great food. Only place within 30 min of me that serves duck and it’s delicious. Ordering can be a little confusing the first time but you get the hang of it.

Amazing Amazing food, great prices for great portions! Service is minimal, ordering through scanning the menu on your device. Have so many good things to say about this place! Even their chili oil and tea is great! Although staff don't speak english much, they recognize regulars and will greet you. The only negative( not really) is that its closed on a Tuesday! Must HAVE!

The one in Seatte closed so we visited this place for the the 2nd time. I hope one close to Bellevue, Seattle or Kent opens up. 🙏
The food was great the only down side was ordering online because it took a little to load

The garlic honey pork ribs and shrimp cilantro dumplings were good. However, the siu mai was not good at all. The beef chow fun was just okay, and the crab soup had a slightly off smell. Overall, some dishes were enjoyable, but others were disappointing.
