Love this location and rarely busy. Workers are nice and helpful, food is always great and atmosphere is calm. Most of the time we go it's mostly veterans in their military hats.

Every once in awhile, I just feel like pancakes. What better place to go than IHOP, especially when they have a $7 breakfast deal going on. The hubs and I got away with breakfast for around $20 ( meals plus one ice tea. I always go the hot water with lemon route). I got the combo with 2 pancakes, scrambled eggs and 2 strips of bacon. The service was a little bland. She could’ve been a little bit more friendly or in warm welcoming. The food was all right not as hot as I expected. Coco could’ve been a little bit thicker.
