I seen the fella taking orders was clearly overworked and it unfortunately came out of his tone while he handled 3 people's worth of work. It seemed to be him and the cook alone and they were moving it right along but that fella and the cook probably need a raise or they aren't staying too long I'm certain lol. I'm sorry, but this is the slowest Jack in the Box I have ever been to. Every time I go there, it's the same thing.

The food I received via the drive-thru was lukewarm at best. This place used to be one of the cleanest Jack in the Boxes around. For some time now, it has been filthy. I think I have to finally give up hope.
