Food was ok, ordered the sauced &loaded waffle fries, didn't expect to get 8 pieces of fries, which were half way fried, because they were still white! Why are there so many flies in the lobby?

The lady at the window was mad cause I changed my order to just the sandwiches cause she explained they changed the cup sizes and keeping the same price. Is it me or has the size of the food got smaller and the price went up? I'm not going to jack in the box again. I used to love it but now I feel I'm getting taken advantage of every time I go through that window.

Fast friendly and efficient service, with staff who were polite and quick to fulfill my order. The food was up to par, and my experience at the counter was smooth. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired. The floors and tables were a bit sticky, and the restrooms needed more attention. While the overall experience was positive thanks to the excellent service, the slightly sketchy cleanliness might deter some customers from returning.
Kid-friendliness: Just accompany them to the restrooms
