We ordered multiple of the Gremlin meal boxes here for the holiday. They didn’t tell us tell AFTER paying and getting them that they didn’t even have any of the gremlin stuff which is the whole reason we ordered them! Part of that was a special sauce and they gave us no sauce at all not even attempting to replace the seasonal one with normal plan ones. Then they said they wouldn’t cancel or reimburse the meal either. TERRIBLE customer service and will be telling all my fellow veterans to never come to this location and support them.

I was thrilled to find this Jack in the Box operating after so many others have shuttered. Plus, I love the iconic 2 Tacos, the BEST restaurant value anywhere. & this very friendly crew served it up hot & tasty. I also ordered the 3 Eggrolls @$6.29, a much better deal than one for $4.

Bad attitude , wrong sandwich and hash-brown was burnt gave this place one opportunity because of all the bad reviews and they messed everything up about my order including the coffee it was cold. Half the time I drive past here the drive thru will be close at night

I love ordering from Jack in the box but their staff or Uber eats app need to do better on following special instructions on orders. I ordered a munchie meal with a Jack’s spicy chicken sandwich, onion rings, 2 tacos, and a lemonade. In the special instructions I specified that I wanted no ice, napkins, and ranch sauces for my food. When I got my food I got a Hi-C drink WITH ICE, NO NAPKINS, AND NO RANCH SAUCE. 💀

Orders are always correct, staff is friendly and helpful. It's fast food but still a solid choice. It is pretty expensive compared to many other options.

They can’t get orders correct and the store is absolutely filthy inside. Prior to going inside we had eaten there and gotten sick, went through just to get a drink another time and was given the wrong drink so went in to have it fixed and seen how nasty it is so we will never go there again.
