They can’t get orders correct and the store is absolutely filthy inside. Prior to going inside we had eaten there and gotten sick, went through just to get a drink another time and was given the wrong drink so went in to have it fixed and seen how nasty it is so we will never go there again.

Only two workers ! Place is so dirty tables not wiping down even we can smell the trash smell like they didn’t take out from a weeks!! The food taste so old not even fresh at all!! They need to close down or hire more people

We were ordering togo at the drive thru and as we got to the window and paid for our food we saw 2 employees who I believe are the only ones there were scratching their head and hair and rubbing their eyes without washing their hands and not using health gloves or hair nets. And they touched our food items with them. If you want hair and dandruff in your food, then come here, and I'd give it a -5 star if it allowed me to.

I ordered 4 tacos, I got 2, idk how this is so complicated 2 orders of 2 tacos is 4… I didn’t even have the energy to ask the socially awkward guy at the drive thru to correct it, he looked high.

If I could give a zero for all of these I would. Customer service was absolutely terrible. I asked for a specific sandwich. She gave me the wrong sandwich and it was completely squished. We had to go to work so we got a breakfast sandwich halfway to work. We realize that the sandwich was wrong. I’m not gonna drive back and miss going to work because you gave me the wrong sandwich so I ate the sandwich that you gave me wrong and asked to be reimbursed for the sandwich I didn’t get , the employee said that she needed the item back to verify that it was wrong and then asked me if I had a receipt no, you didn’t give me a receipt nor asked me if I wanted one. I’ve been to a lot of jack in the boxes and this one is literally the worst, don’t go here.
Watch out for the longstanding pothole when you approach the drive through. Mostly get bogo deals and order online for pickup. Am usually first or second in line. Micky D's line across the street is always way longer/slower.
