They prioritize online orders for lazy people who won't show up in the store and make their in store patrons wait. This is not a good business model. Some dude with britches too big told me, after I said in store people should be prioritized, that he wasn't going to argue and I could just leave. So I did. A store with this mentality and level of service doesn't deserve my money. They shouldn't deserve yours either. 5 people in line and a half dozen sandwiches in process for online orders. Door dash and the like is killing the fast food industry.

Absolute amateur hour, I order a delivery on a sandwich, brownie, a cookie and two bags of chips (totaled to a 58$ order) and all I received was the sandwich that had several ingredients missing, all the other items were completely absent. Make 4 phone calls to the store and get an answering machine every time, on a Monday evening. I own a couple food service establishments myself and know a Monday evening for a sandwich shop isn't exactly swamped. So I paid nearly 60$ for a subpar sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous. DONT ORDER FROM HERE, DONT BUY FOOD HERE

The employees are so terrible and so rude. Make you feel dumb and speak to customers with attitude. They are also terrible at following simple directions. They shouldn’t work there.

Bitchass boomer karens can't handle the fact that these underpaid workers gotta fullfill mobile/pickup orders too.
Manager is very clean and professional, does a good job training from what I've seen. Customer service is great, cut and dry just how I like it.
And I'm like lowkey addicted to their subs so it's great food i'm telling you

Absolutely worthless staff here. Ordered at 12 10 pm online. Got to the store at 12 30. Waited for over half an hour and watched them serve the whole lobby and never made any of the online orders. Wasted an hour of my time. Lost my money. Lost my whole lunch break. Lady at the counter was ignoring online order customers and wouldn't give refunds. Absolutely terrible experience that I don't wish up-on anyone. Will never eat this crap again. 6 people infront of me walked out after being frustrated about waiting for over an hour. They had 3 workers in there.

I’ve been here multiple times. They always make customers that take the time to drive there and order wait, sometimes for extended periods, while they make online orders right in front of your face. This might sound petty, but today I wanted a delicious cookie with my sandwich and they told me the last one was for an online order and that it wasn’t available. I guess it pays to be a slob ordering food from your couch as opposed to someone willing to go pick up your own food.

It was super busy, tables were a bit messy but they were slammed just keeping up with orders. They did a great job at that.

This is the 2nd time in the last few months that they have run out of bread! Yet the online system still allows you to order- I will not be going to this location anymore-

Online orders are not made on time half the time. I used this location frequently but the customer service at this location is very lacking. The employees have zero sense of urgency and don't appear professional or properly trained. Manager Shasta was AWFUL and made it so I will not return to this location again. Really like the company and love the sandwich's, but HIGHLY recommend using a different location.

Shoutout to the team that was there today! I have a gluten allergy and they were so careful and cleaned everything off for me even tho they were slammed. They sent me off with a tasty sandwich, well worth the wait! These people are working hard and it's good to be patient with everyone. Thank you for taking the time to make everything clean and safe for us gluten intolerant people! 💕

Let me start out by saying that I personally love Jersey Mike’s. I’ve always loved Jersey Mike’s. It is, in my opinion, one of the best sub chains in the US if not the world. That being said, this particular Jersey Mike’s franchise consistently underperforms. The ingredient ratios always seem off relative to the other Jersey Mike’s I go to. Additionally, I regularly notice that the bread here is over baked and stale. Lastly, by no fault of the franchise, the parking lot itself is super tight and is somehow always filled with trashy people making it a stressful event to park your car long enough to get your sandwich. To the owner- I hope you conduct some training for your employees and start upholding the Jersey Mike’s standard. That way you truly can be “a sub above.” I usually never leave less than 2 stars because I know people won’t take the review seriously, but in this case, my experience here has made me decide that I probably won’t eat Jersey Mike’s again for another year. Good thing I also love Jimmy John’s which seemingly never fails me and is consistent in their product across their franchises. Happy hunting for the perfect sub.
