I had a problem with a Door Dash delivery that was wrong and the ladies in this store totally made it right for me and and made me feel very welcome there. And the sandwiches are perfect here, I've ordered several days in a row!!

Worst experience I have had , took 20 minutes to make the peoples sandwich in front of me and at the end they had to remake the sandwich because it was “unservable” I didn’t even end up taking mine because after 30 minutes my sandwich was still untouched!! Never have witness such SLOW workers I will never be coming

Ordered online there was an error. The website charged my card 2 times tired to call the store to see if the order went through 3 times no answer.ok it's a Saturday they must be busy. Went to the store there 2 workers at 4:50pm. Asked the worker if there an order under my name she said no she I stood in line to ordered. The people that ordered cold subs were gone by the time I paid for my food at 5:06.I ordered 2 hot subs I was there waiting for 16 minutes before my subs even started to be made. 30 minutes waiting for 2 subs.

Visited today around 2:30pm and the place was packed with people(visiting sports team). They greeted me right away, competed my order accurately and quickly, and were pleasant and conversational with everyone inside. The restaurant was clean and tidy. All the products were easy to find and stacked neatly.

I enjoy the food but on Saturday Sept 23rd I ordered food online, it said it would be ready at 2:44pm I get there at 2:55pm my food was not made yet, due to them being behind (that's understandable) but when another customer asked me how long I had been waiting and I answered, one of the employees chimes in with an attitude and starts to argue with me in front of other customers. She was very unprofessional and rude! If a customer is upset about something the last thing you should do is go back and forth with them and be disrespectful. I most likely won't be going back to that location due to that poor experience and horrible customer service.

Very put off by the experience we had tonight. We got there at 8:10. They close at 9. So I can understand that they were beginning closing procedures. But they already had no options for bread other than the French. They did not ask us if we wanted it the Mike's Way or ask if we wanted any toppings. I had to stop the sandwich maker and ask him to add what I wanted. My boyfriend didn't even get the option. He had a hot sandwich and waited by the glass to tell them what cold toppings he wanted. They paid no mind to him and brought him his sandwich already wrapped up. This all happening while the woman, who seemed to be the lead, was eating up front and never washed her hands.I usually have such a pleasant experience at this location. But today taught me never to bother going in if it's even remotely close to closing time.

First time trying this place and was super disappointed.. overpriced small dry sandwiches not to mention the staff was probably the slowest crew of people I’ve seen in a while. If Guy making sandwiches was any slower I’m pretty sure he would go into reverse, Was brutal to watch. I won’t be back sorry.

Probably one of the slowest places I've been. I've gone to Jersey Mike's in many other locations and never had an issue but this one is always so slow. I waited almost 30 min from ordering my sandwich to paying with only 2 people in front of me. Only come if you have time to wait around.
