Wanted an inexpensive place to have lunch near the Washingto State History Museum in Tacoma. Looked on maps, went to the Jimmy John's site. Could only pull up a generic menu, and no prices. Obviously, they did not want our business.

My company frequented this location for lunch, service has gone down hill majorly over the last month. Impossible to get ahold of anyone to get mistakes corrected. You have to physically come to the location to get delivery issues fixed. Looks to be new management from my last few visits. Management doesn’t seem to care as much as the last did unfortunately. It’s worth the drive up to 1st location instead.

Staff at this location are Amazing!
We stopped in for lunch two weekends in a row while in town for sports! Each time there was a line out of the door but, everyone working still carried great attitudes and got us in and out as fast as they could. I let them know my daughter had a gluten allergy and I was worried about cross continents, Cassie took extra time to clean a prep area and get new ingredients for her lettuce wrap! We were really impressed and thankful for her level of customer service! We sat and ate, while watching them crank out orders, was really impressive. Definitely our go to location when in the area!

Ryan is a rockstar!
We dropped into this Jimmy John’s the other day with a college soccer team with support personnel. Ryan was working by himself and he welcomed the team with a great attitude and handled the large order without any issues. He even got the entire team done and out in about 30 minutes.
Ryan is awesome and we really appreciated the entire experience. Team members like him are hard to come by.
Ordered a chicken Cesar wrap, apparently I did not pay attention and they put croutons in the wrap, which was weird. Flavor was good, a lot of food for the price. Cashier not real friendly
Vegetarian options: I only saw one vegetarian sandwich option.
Wheelchair accessibility: You can access by wheelchair, but very cramped inside, not very convenient. One person in electric wheel chair had to be in the very back to eat at a table and could not access the drink machine well, so employee kindle filled it up for him. Looked like it would be hard to access bathroom as well.

I used to come here often but stopped. Recently, they have been repeatedly getting orders wrong. Cashiers should read back the order even it’s a simple single sandwich until they fix their problems
