It’s like they did the exact opposite of my customizations. I wouldn’t have made a public post if there was a message or email option since they’re closed already but very VERY displeased to spend $60 on food just to get a very skimpy sandwich. I asked for EXTRA lettuce and onions they skipped the onions and put very very little lettuce as if I asked for none. SMH. So disappointed. A big waste of money. I wish I could post a picture!!
Email encourages to call the store with questions. An hour after order was placed to be deliver ASAP I called the store to see if it was on it way or lost etc. The woman who answered said “all our drivers are out right now”, she refused to look up my order and was extremely rude. We order JJ here at work multiple times a week and service get worse every week. Tuesday was soggy bread, time before that order was incomplete, and still waiting for today’s f*** up. drivers are unconcerned with anyone else who might be on the road. managers aren't concerned with their drivers erratic and negligent behavior.
