Ariel was the only person there. Had to do a delivery then come back and help the people waiting in the restaurant. She was so polite and was working hard. Ariel is a star!

45 minutes for 1 sandwich to my office that is only 1.1 mile away. Freaky fast, I think not. I call to check and I'm put on hold for over 5 minutes so I have to call back and they ask me to hold again. Kid was super sweet but man get more staff your embarrassing yourself.

We have always been a fan of JImmy John's and the other night we popped in to get some for dinner before we headed to the cookie dough place nextdoor. Anywho, we arrived literally minutes before they closed and the girl helping us was so very nice. I apologized because that timing was unintentional and it definitely kept her a bit after but she also offered us free loaves. It was so nice! Thank you again

Worst employees ever. Made an order online and the store was closed when I got to it. The employees would not come to the door to talk to me. I called and they said they cannot refund me and hung up on me. They were incredibly rude and now I’m out thirty dollars. I would not the recommend this location to anyone.

Not exactly "Speedy"... 12 people.in line and only 1 person making sandwiches - and he doesn't seem to be in a hurry. Took 23 minutes from order to get my sandwich. ‍

I have ordered ASAP delivery from this location 5 times and every time , it has taken AT LEAST 2 hours for my order to arrive. I literally order 1 sandwich and I live 5 minutes away. Today was the last time I will ever order from them again. I waited 3 hours, called the store, and they said they have no idea what happened to my order. I wasn't refunded and they said there was nothing they could do.

Ordered from this place before my lunch so i would have it on time and they have taken over an hour to deliver my food causing to miss my lunch. They didn't offer to refund my meal or anything said they were down a driver but had no ETA when i would get my food. I work in healthcare i can't just take lunch whenever i want whenever i want. I won't be ordering from them again the lack of communication from this company was not great at all online should be letting customers know their is a delay in orders.

First time ever " I know guess I'm last guy " my counter guy I think Justin helped me decide & I didn't know but Teresa was listening to my order & was making my sandwich while paying & it was done before I could sign. Unreal service I'm on a short lunch break so damn she was awesome.. adios !

I got FOOD POISONING from a sub here and they didn't investigate it or care. I'd had food from this Jimmy John's delivered via DoorDash a few times and it always tasted fine. I ordered a sub I'd had before, the Bootlegger, a couple weeks ago. The moment I bit into it, I knew something was wrong. It tasted sort of sharp and off. The meat seemed stringy and too firm. I only had a little of it because it tasted so wrong and terrible. An hour later, I was sick. I'll spare the details, but it was a week of really bad GI symptoms. I reported the incident with all the details to Jimmy John's via their website the day it happened. They asked me for additional info the next day and said they'd investigate. They've been ghosting me ever since. Even with follow ups from me and a DM on Twitter. They've stopped replying to me and it's been over a week. They clearly don't care and are not investigating. This was a serious incident. Something was very wrong with my food. It tasted disgusting and I got sick. And they're ignoring me and what happened. So I definitely don't recommend eating here or at any of their stores. I've reported this to the local health department as well.
