Whichever guy was working here today was amazing in helping me get a large order delivered quickly today to a family member in the icu. It was a large task but he was so kind and willing to help! Also the food arrived so quick!

This was definitely an anomalous experience. There was only one person working. Consequently he was taking the orders and making the sandwiches. What was nice was that all of the customers were very patient and not acting like a hungry Sasquatch. The sandwich was fantastic as usual. I hope someone finally comes to help him.

poor service. it's the slowest time of the weekday and 30min after ordering they still haven't prepared the order. it was supposed to be delivered at this time...and I've got nothing...status is still preparing the order.
