Couldn't find a table and had to wait in a line out the door to order, it was that busy. Was disappointed that they didnt have the pancit in the menu😮💨
I frequent this Jollibee location a lot and enjoyed their food! Spicy chicken, spaghetti, adobo rice, and pineapple quencher are my ultimate go-to!
I recommend ordering through their app for takeout since line can be pretty long during peak hours. Ordering through the app also gives you the reward points where you can redeem for discounts or free food! There are some tables for dine-in as well. Service is relatively fast.
Most of the staff are friendly! On my last visit, I had a rather disappointing encounter with one of the team members. A male staff handed my order without even looking at me or saying a word after I thanked him. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not expecting a perfect service, but everyone so far at this location has been very friendly until my encounter with this person. I’m sure it was not intentional but it wasn’t even busy at the time. Just a feedback so they can maintain a consistent customer service.

Service was fairly quick and good, food is really good. Don't like that you have to pay for a bag for takeout though.
This location can be pretty busy at times, but the staff handle it well. The food is also great, I've never had a bad meal from this location, or Jollibee in general. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is their price. It's hard for me to fathom that 3 pieces of chicken & 2 sides is over $20.00. That's a tough pill to swallow in the environment we're in, you can get more food at a fast casual dining chain than the fast food here. However, it can be worth a stop once in awhile but not a place I'd frequent often.

Found a piece of HAIR in my chicken.
At first, I thought it couldve been just a nerve but it is very thin and embedded into the crispiness of the chicken. I pulled it out to find that it was a piece of hair! My biggest mistake is that I pulled the hair out, and now I couldnt ask for a replacement on that chicken because they could think I was the one planting the hair into the chicken for free food (smh.....). So I ended up go ahead and ate the chicken anyway. I used to work in food industry and accident like this happened once in a while. I was just very unlucky for it today.
Today is just not my day at all. My favorite place to get Jolibee has always been Tukwilla since they have Palabok. I shouldve driven all the way to Tukwilla today instead, and this mightve never happened.
Im moving out from Washington to Alaska in 3 weeks. Im gonna eat my last jolibee in Tukwilla next week...
