Area is a little small. Entrance is too packed.. once you open the door there are people in line and appears Condensed. Franchise ought a conaider having a standalone Jollibee. Operation would improve. Need to bring back halo halo
As usual, the food at this Jollibee is excellent! The star of the show is definitely the fried chicken, and the Filipino options that Jollibee offers. The chicken is one of the best fast food casual chain fried chicken that I’ve ever had, and known this since trying the Tukwila location. Sides are great, pineapple quencher is a go-to, peach mango pies are amazing, and overall is better than Popeyes.
5/5 stars, is almost identical to its Tukwila location.

I love Jollibee food, but service is absolutely horrendous. Just called to confirm if an Uber order was picked up (the app said it was delivered, but we hadn't received it) and a lady rudely said they have no control or way to see anything about Uber drivers. As someone who has worked for to-gos in restaurants for over 5 years, you should absolutely be able to see who is picking up an order and when for deliveries. I have no problem contacting Uber about the issue with the order, but I was baffled by the rudeness of the employee, she seemed irritated that I even called. I still thanked her for her "help" and she hung up. This called was made at 1:38 PM 10/10/2024 at the Jollibee Tacoma location. I hope not all employees here are like this when someone is just asking a question or for help. Hoping for a better experience next time. Salamat.
Ordered takeout thru the App. Be aware average pick up time is at least one hour from ordering. Restaurant was packed both in seating area and ordering. Chikn is the bomb!! Spicy is Spicy Hot!!
Parking: Tacoma Mall has plenty of parking provided u like to walk.
Kid-friendliness: Chikn, burgers, fries, gravy. They will be fine.
Wheelchair accessibility: Tight spaces both in ordering area and seating area. Advise access thru mall and seating area.

This spot the service is great and kitchen clean. The chicken is really good. I prefer spicy, brown gravy and adobo rice. The cheeseburger is good too. Haven't tried the spaghetti yet.
