Maybe it was an off day? First time going there but the barista was not the most friendly and reminds me of why I’m loyal to my baristas at m***** H****. They were out of items don’t make energy drinks, but sell energy drinks?? Got two 16 oz drinks and doughnut wholes for what I get 24oz and 20oz with a pastry at my normal spot. Normally don’t compare pricing but the barista was not the most pleasant. Seemed like she don’t like her job.

I never experienced this before but recently I was not able to collect the free 24 once espresso from my punch card. I only needed one punch for a free 24 once coffee but instead I was charged full price, only got back my in card with all spots punched and not a new card with one punch. Cheap? Me or them? If you can't stand by your deals, don't offer them.

PRICE DEPENDS ON THE BARISTAS MOOD. I’ve been coming here at least 4 times a week for the last 6 months and have always gotten the same thing. 16oz white in a cold cup no ice (I have bruxism which ice cold beverages cause pain). Some of the ladies are super nice but recently a barista there with black hair likes to over charge me more than a dollar for my drink for not getting ice. She also doesn’t clean the espresso between switching black and white coffee (gross) so it’s super bitter. She’s so rude and laughed at me for asking why it’s $1.60 more than yesterday. She said “because you didn’t get ice (insert eye roll)” Trust me there’s better coffee stands that will treat you better. Being charged 9 dollars for a 16oz coffee is ridiculous.

Unfortunately slow as nails. Breakfast sandwiches take 10 minutes to microwave and toast. When you mention it, they get snippy. Seriously every time I’ve been here they have zero sense of any urgency.

Two cars waiting on one side. Our car and a 2nd on opposite side waiting. At least 2 baristas working but service was very slow. Cute building, clean around it. It's a drive-through coffee stand. Our coffees and other beverages were excellent though slow arriving.

We cannot say enough good things about Jump Start Espresso. This is a hidden gem for sure. So much more than what you would expect from a drive through coffee stand. In addition to any drink you might want, they have an impressive menu for breakfast, lunch, and snacks. The service is excellent. All the employees are extremely friendly and you’ll leave happy every time. If you’re near the Lincoln District, I highly recommend you give them a try. Love giving support to local places like this over any chain.

I ordered some drinks, and they absolutely tasted amazing .really good customer service I ordered the Blue Lotus with blue raspberry with whipped cream super good. I also ordered a caramel coffee with whipped cream and it tasted absolutely amazing thank you to the Baristas who are serving me and my friend that was with me the the drink made me feel happy and it brightened up my day
