These folks had a food truck at Victorian Country Christmas. My wife and I checked out all the food vendors and picked them. We both had, if I remember how to spell it, a Samini plate. Very tasty. Looking forward to eating at their place on Ruston Way.
Delicious lunch plate. Price was great for what you get. I ordered a Huli Chicken plate, I got two large pieces of chicken, two scoops of rice and a scoop of macaroni salad. The only criticism I got was that my Mac salad had a large chunk of onion. Other than that, it was delicious. Quick and fast service too. Would highly recommend.

Drove past here on my way to the park and decided to loop back around on my way out. They were doing some kind of fundraiser or something. They only had one "plate" and they were 24$ each. I was like ehh kinda steep but got 2 for me and my boyfriend. This plate had Mac salad that was so creamy. The white rice with some kind of brown sauce on it that was a great added touch to the rice. The pulled pork that was insanely juicy and yummy. The chicken thigh was boneless and so juicy....read full review
