Terrible service, waited 18mins for a sandwich and a 4 piece then got the wrong order. Waited in line for 10mins in line without a worker coming to the front despite a few seconds passing. After getting the food it was so dry it was nearly inedible. I don’t expect much from KFC but this is a new low.

Service has gone down since COVID. They finally improved the interior of the building structure and leaking ceiling a couple years ago but now they can't seem to keep employees and the service is slow and the food isn't always fresh. Chicken is dried out most times, mashed potatoes are instant and not mixed well at times and the biscuits are hard and dried out as well. I wouldn't waste my money at this location, go elsewhere or try another franchised location if you really want KFC that bad.

Why do KFC employees always have attitudes? If you employees would actually listen to customers when they order things could be so much easier. Dark meat does not mean you just sneak in whatever you want! As much as KFC charges for the small Cornish hen size pieces of chicken, maybe listening while customers order things would not be so difficult. And why does every KFC always run out of chicken? Kentucky Fried Chicken. It's in the name of your brand! Chicken! KFC is such an outrageous over priced joke any more!

Food is never ready. You will want and there is a 90% chance your order will be wrong. Staff is confused and unable to handle any orders. They will tell you it will be an hour for walk in and mobile orders you will wait long past the time your order is supposed to be ready.

The kids working at this place work exceptionally hard and give great service while doing so. I know they had a fryer malfunction on the night I was in there and food took a while and damage control was necessary as a service industry worker for 27 years it impressed me to see this young men getting through this with smiles on their faces. I'll be back and thank you.

I waited 25 min for to chicken sandwiches was late going back on my lunch break and then they didn't even make it right I was so pissed I couldn't even eat they were slow as heck and theres was like 4 people working as well. Managment definitely needs to step in horrible service
Negative stars . Do not recommend gave the worst customer service. Forgot my chicken, and had to drive far back. My tenders were cold. My fries were cold. I will not be coming back to this location

The location looks nice on the outside and the inside.The food was ok, not the greatest, tasting, I don't know if the day we went was an offday for the location. But there were people standing and waiting for their orders before we walked in and were still waiting for their orders after we got ours.We noticed the wood looking floor was clean but had been mopped with greesy water because the entire floor from the front to the bathrooms in the back was extremely slippery. I'm surprised nobody had fallen and gotten hurt yet. There was a greesy shine on the floor.The staff was ok, they were clearly stressed and not very happy. They were proficient in taking the order and getting the order right. But the interaction was minimal.Now.... the food we ate.... it did make us I'll later in the day. Everyone who was here with me and ate this food got sick around the same time later in the day, this being our only meal.I don't think I'd choose to return here unless this building and its situation are much more clean.Based on my observations and experience, I'd guess this location has some sanitary issues.Parking: Parking here is OK. But a little tight comming off the main street. Best to only park here in a smaller vehicle.Wheelchair accessibility: The location is wheelchair accessible, although the bathrooms don't appear to be very friendly if you dine in and need to use one.

This restaurant needs to be shut down. They have idiots that work in that place. This is the second time I've been there and it hasn't gotten any better. They just need to shut that place down and will never go back to that KFC again and advise people not to go there Because the service is horrible
