I had the absolute best experience at KFC today thanks to Dee. From the moment I walked in, her smile and positive energy made me feel so welcome. She was so kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure my order was perfect.
Even with a busy restaurant, Dee stayed cheerful, patient, and made the whole visit feel special. It’s rare to come across someone who makes your day brighter just by being themselves. Dee’s amazing service deserves all the recognition and more.

Monday, 11-17-25, Abt 940pm I Ordered LG Cheese Curds in Drive Thru, I was the only customer. Got To the window & paid . The lady asked me to pull around to wait. She appeared to be very high. I work close by & was on my 30 min. lunch.. 9 min later someone brought them out. I rushed back to work . I went to eat them and they're all small pieces like the bottom of the bag. Most had no cheese. Others couldn't be chewed. They were hard rubber. Idk if they were over cooked , I know they dont take more than 2.5 min.. I probably wouldn't have made this review had i not paid $7.99+ tax & unable to eat even 1. Im attaching photos of the inside of the box as well as one that I tried to eat but it was so rubbery & the inside was not cheese . People work too hard for their $$ to be served this kind of thing. Had she not been stoned maybe they wouldn't have been overcooked & ½of my lunch break wasted. I might expect this from a teen but this was a grown woman!

Popular for lunch, a bit sketchy location, easy to access from I-5. Many options because of the building being a KFC and an AW. Hit our head on KFC bucket on the roof when sitting down.
Low life lazy, worthless employees didn't wanna make food when I ordered well before the store closed. I ordered through Uber and lost my money. Bring on the robots! Take the jobs from these worthless clowns!

Horrible customer service from Manager Ana who was running the drive through. Wouldn’t remake order that they took out of store and gave to someone else then tried to give to me (gross and not entirely legal in WA State).
Customer service wasted time transferring me in circles and giving canned responses while citing some “company policy” for a reason not to provide a refund; but could not provide said policy.
I had to issues a chargeback with my credit card.
Horrible location management, horrible corporate customer service. Don’t even give these clowns the time of day, let alone your money. Churches is right next door.
