I’ve been a patron of their Northgate location since 2014 before they rebranded from “Kukai” to “Kizuki.” I often go to this location now inside the Tacoma Mall.

Their garlic tonkotsu shoyu ramen is still my absolute go-to in the greater Seattle/Tacoma area. The rich umami broth, melt-in-your-mouth pork chashu, perfectly soft-boiled eggs, and chewy noodles are always spot on. I do recommend choosing the lower-sodium broth, since the regular one can...

The food came so quick I had the garlic tonkatsu ramen with fish cake and a pork bun. The pork was sooooo soft and flavorful and the sauces that came with it were so good. The ramen was rich and flavorful and really full filling. This place is beautifully decorated and the staff are very welcoming!

I love their food, service and quality! I drive out of Port Orchard (Kitsap county) just to get some good Ramen if I could afford to Franchise Kizuki to Port Orchard since it's housing market and two military bases on this side is growing I would in a heartbeat. I see a couple sweet spots for this type of establishment.
