We got there just in time to get a FRESHLY MADE DONUT FOR FREE!!!!! YUMMMMMM it just melted in our mouths! My grandsons first time seeing this they are made through the glass. Of course we still brought home a dozen for later! And she saw it had my grandsons and even though there were their regular boxes she send us home with this one! What a treat since we live in poulsbo and were only in town for a vet appt

Being from the home of Krispy Kreme in Winston Salem, NC this shop can not compare to their founders they do not take pride in their work, the work area is not organized or tidy. In NC most of the day there are hot and ready donuts coming off the line and the kids are able to watch and ask questions along with receiving a hat, a tour of the store and history of Krispy Kreme making it a personal experience. This store only does hot and ready one time during the day and even though the donuts are fresh they still are not like getting them right out of the oven. Customer service need a big help. I was not greeted and took forever to get helped. Then the lady did not try to upsale nor did she get my order right and I had to wait for her to correct the order.

Krispy Kreme, best donuts ever! This location...not so much. Bad location hidden behind the mall. We went inside and it was dirty. The floors, the tables, the window sill. The staff was acceptable but not outstanding. There were homeless people wandering around the parking area.
