Had a coupon for 3 free donuts with the purchase of a dozen donuts for this location. I purchased 4 dozen and wanted to claim my free donuts and representative stated we don't accept that coupon here. Poor business move.

This is second time I went there and they display all these donuts and then all they have are plain and chocolate and blue raspberry. They had huge crates of 6 packs, looks like they are making them for stores so their store suffers. Most likely won't be back since we drove 30 minutes there.

The only reason I'm giving it a star is because Google won't allow a no-star review. Whoever was working there the evening of Sunday Feb 2, 2025, clearly doesn't care for his job or his employer. I've never seen someone deliberately "mishear" orders and laugh about it with his coworker to the point of driving away customers. I should note that the other employee didn't join in the joking and laughing and looked quite uncomfortable. Please consider who you have in your stores driving people away.

We tried to put an online order in the day before pickup, but had trouble with the app .. it ended up charging us 3 times. And then to get it corrected, it took 4 different times to call and get a hold of a person to fix it. We were a few minutes late for pickup, but when we walked in, several people were milling around, but it took 3 minutes to even be acknowledged. They must have been getting ready for a team meeting, and that took precedence to customer service. Once we were helped, the gal didn't seem to impressed with helping us. The coffee tasted burnt, the donut was lackluster, and we did get 2 dozen for a school event, so hopefully those are good.

Donuts aren't as fresh as they use to be and the new drive thru is pretty bs, it's an robotic system now that takes your order, slows everything down so much and just irritates others.

Poor customer service! We wanted to grab a juice quickly for my son after we had already paid for our donuts. We waited at the register for a while, an employee came and served another customer then walked away without acknowledging us. (The same guy was also yelling at people rudely to move the line) Then another employee came up to help and then left without explanation. Then, another 2 employees (one I’m assuming was a manager) came up to the register and completely ignored us talking to themselves. Needless to say we left with no juice and a disappointed kiddo. The only positive was a sweet lady in the back waving at my kids as they watched the donuts be made. Will not be returning.

We bought Big Game and Mini doughnut yesterday (Sunday 9th Feb) .We were enjoy the doughnut but all the sudden I saw that hair stick on the frosting I almost throw up .I am very very disappointed. Krispy Kreme team you should be more careful on cleanliness make sure customers won't eat your personal stuff.Nasty!!!

So I'm from New Orleans, where you can get hot and fresh Krispy Kreme donuts 24/7. I spotted this Krispy Kreme, waited in line for 30 minutes, and got the coldest, hardest donuts that don't hold up to the Krispy Kreme name. KK ARE SUPPOSED TO ALWAYS BE HOT AND FRESH. This franchise needs to go back to school.

Come on...it's DONUTS!!! Delicious and habit forming! Especially when the window lights are on...one will be free, hot off the rollers! The seasonal options are great. Service was friendly and fast. Fortunately, we live far away, or we'd have a problem. Not too bad a problem, but one must have some control. I'll just keep hoping they leave the lights on!!
