Fresh spring rolls. The best spring rolls. Their meat and veggies are fresh and great quality. One of my favorite peanut sauces, they bring it warm and it’s thick. So gooooood!
This is not our first time being there. My partner and I arrived at the la ca bar after 2 gentleman had already been seated and had appetizers. We ordered our food and received it. but, our server said they would grab our utensils shortly. We watched the same server grab napkins, utensils, and main entrees for the additional guests at those 2 gentlemens' tables while waiting for our utensils to eat our food. A different server finally assessed our situation and gave us utensils. Our food was disappointingly lukewarm by the time we were able to eat our food. We have been unhappy with prior experiences before but this was the cherry on top.

You’d be a dime piece if the scale went 10 stars

Waiter walked by didn't say anything to me and grabbed my bowl of ramen and walked away. Tipped zero.

I ordered the beef pho, and it was pretty good overall, though it could have used more vegetables. I did order extra, but unfortunately never received them. That said, the service was very friendly and the staff took great care of our party. I’d definitely come back and try more from the menu.

Tried this place for lunch and it was pretty good. The atmosphere was nice and felt clean and the staff was friendly. I ordered the pork chop with the shrimp cake and it was pretty good as well. Overall, the food was tasty and I’d definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area. They have a parking lot so parking isn’t an issue. You ca also park across the street

Incredibly overpriced. Fried rice is 20 and Pho is 16. It reaches a point that pushes customers to seek for somewhere more affordable. That fried rice with squid is not just a little spicy, it's way too spicy to a heart burn level. Service is good. Interior is nice and clean. I guess we are paying for the dining space 🤷

I don't know what to say except that this is the comfort food place if you like noodles. Me, I like noodles... and rice and a quality cocktail. Those are all here.

Rated the best Thai food in Tacoma for a reason! Been here a couple times now and the food is always great, and the portions are always substantial. Was recommended to try a vermicelli bowl during my last visit, and it was out of this world. You can never go wrong with their pho either. There's also a bar upstairs too that I've yet to check out, but based on their cocktail menu I can imagine it's a fantastic place to be.

Best pho in the city! I’m not sure what they put in their broth, but it takes my taste buds on a magical journey.

We are sadly going to be skipping La Cà Bar for a while after coming here for years. Came here for a meal recently and am so disappointed that the food quality and the service aren't what we've come to expect.
The pork chop with egg now comes with prepared scrambled eggs instead of a fresh, fried egg, and other meats/proteins in our meal seemed to be lower quality than prior meals with the same items.
Service was also pretty poor (no check-ins after receiving our food. We ordered two dishes without a specific ingredient, but both came to the table WITH that ingredient).
Overall cleanliness also seems to have slipped - all the sauce jar tops at each table were covered in day-old sauce, the bathroom was grimy, the laminated paper menu had food on it, and our tabletop felt greasy. Sad to say, this place isn't what it once was.

I had the chicken pho and it was so good. The broth was so rich and satisfying. My friend got the chicken with the large beef rib she said it was very delicious.
