We stopped in at B&I to hopefully get some quick tacos somewhere in between softball games down the street. I really wasn’t expecting much for strip mall food. My husband and I circled around and the girl at the register greeted us. She was so sweet! She brought the food out and it was sooooooo good. It’s very unfortunate when businesses let go of extremely talented people, especially when you could tell they genuinely loved what they did. This has always been my favorite Mexican restaurant, and I used to stop by every Thursday — not just for the amazing food, but also to chat with the lovely young lady who worked there. To my surprise, there’s someone new now and unfortunately it’s just not the same without my girly pop.
