Horrible Management and Accounting Manager. I purchased tickets in 2020 that was cancelled due to COVID-19. I have been calling and e-mailing for 2 years to get a refund with NO response.The one time I was able to get in contact with Sally J. Sanford (Accounting Manager), she had no idea how to process a simple refund and passed me along to another "manager" who has never contacted me.

Hello we paid to this venue 7,200 to host a event at the venue for 9/17/21 but Unfortunately we can not go through with the event. We are canceling with enough time. We asked the owner to refund us back the amount we paid but he is being rude and disrespectful and will not honor us a refund and wants us to forcefully hold the event or give us credit for a future event. We do not want to do business with this company based on the owner how he treated us. He uses Voulger language towards his customers

Had our wedding on the rooftop. Venue is gorgeous! Wait staff and food were great! Management however is a NIGHTMARE! We were promised a room by Johnny for our ceremony downstairs. Come to find out 1 week before the wedding that the room has been long term rented to a ballet company. No communication of such. Johnny is a classic snake oil salesman. Says what you want to hear, but has NO intention of following thorough unless it is the highest money maker. It was almost impossible to get in contact with management. Elevator was broken until morning of ceremony. We had planned to carry a few guests the six flights so they could attend. Had to fight tooth and nail for a refund on payment for original room promised by Johnny. Do not waste your time here, you will end up pulling out your own hair.

You dont want to work for this place this lady had found my resume on craigslist and called me I started the Monday after Thanksgiving and I only worked one day the lady joy would not call me back I called and text and even called the office where an very older lady answered the phone and was totally rude to me this place is a joke for work

Staff is super friendly, you might hit some hiccups but that goes for all event planning. Would definitely recommend them for small events of say less that 500 people. Excellent food/cooks. The only detriment is there is little parking. There is a lot located across the street but when an event occurs that parking might double in price. Would definitely recommend them for events.
