Cassandra was great about communicating our needs to make a special custom cake with a burn topper. She was so kind and met me on an off time to make sure we could have the cake the event day to ensure maximum freshness and to ensure the burn topper worked and it worked perfectly! The cake was chocolate decedance and it tasted so great. My siblings 30th birthday was a special day and this made it great. Will be ordering again and reccomending when a special event comes up. I can’t give a kind and small family owned business less than 4 stars but I was disappointed by the artificial flavors, food coloring, and other unnecessary high processed ingredients in their banana pudding. I hope the owner will take this feedback as constructive and consider making some options without these ingredients that some customers do care about.
She is really good at making cakes she did my fiancée cake it was amazing she did amazing job I would recommend getting a cake by her done she is such awesome person thank you for the cake

I was looking for a someone that made a biscoff cookie cake for my wife last minute and a friend found this store on google and I was soo thankful!! When I went to the store She was just finishing and was very kind and joyous to be doing what she loved!! She had puddings, pastries and cakes and I would encourage anyone to make an order at Love By The Slice!!!

The sweet potato cheesecake is UNREAL, and the woman who helped me pick it out was so sweet and helpful. Truly a local gem, their love for their craft here is clear in every bite.
I’ve ordered cakes from here for birthdays about 4-5 times. They are always so delicious and a big hit. This last time, we had a miscommunication and she literally made the cake over and delivered it to my home ON HER DAY OFF. The cake was beautiful and delicious as always. I highly recommend this establishment if you’re looking for a yummy cake and amazing customer service.

I stopped by to order cookies and decided to try a piece of banana cake since it was on sale. The banana cake is absolutely delicious! Light, sweet but not overly sweet, bursting with banana flavor. I highly recommend !

Ordered and picked up a delicious 10'inch round yellow butter cake with fudge filling and chocolate icing for my birthday last weekend. The here was so kind and professional. I made the order too early in the week and when I called in, it was no problem for them at all. They happened to close early the day I was going to pick up and they were very thorough about making sure that I knew the pick up time would be different. Amazing for the price both in quality and service! Thanks LBTS!

Girlllll let me tell you if anything happen to LOVE BY THE SLICE THEY MIGHT HAVE TO GO THROUGH ME FIRST CAUSE WHEN I TELL YOU THAT Cookie butter cakes will make you spent 12 months in solitary that’s how good it and the owner is so nice and welcoming it makes you feel like your right at home for it to be a bakery if you don’t buy it I will that how good it is
