Service was good and the atmosphere was great. One thing the Citrus Carbonara Bianca was a bit too overpowering. I felt like I was eating a straight lemon with pasta no other flavors. Suggestion: Reduce citrus flavor by 30-50% because wow if I had kidney stones i definitely dont anymore.

Pretty good for the most part, but this restaurant seems to have off days. Went in for dinner once, seated and waited 45 minutes for anyone to approach the table. It was pretty dead too. Sure I could go hunt someone down and say we are ready to order, but then what's the point of going out to a dine in experience? Avoid dinner since it seems to be the off experience. Breakfast is far better.

We arrived and were greeted warmly. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The food we ordered was awesome! If you are a person that doesn't like spicy food be sure to read the full description of the meal. I like spicy food and loved it, my husband isn't as enthusiastic about spicy food but did enjoy his meal. We ordered the wine as suggested in the meal description.

We had a reservation for a larger party for Brunch and we had a wonderful time! The service was warm and friendly and the food was to die for.

I had the Pork Belly Hash and was one of the best dishes I’ve had this year! Would recommend getting a large Lemongrab Baby to split with the table as the lemon paired amazing with the jam.

Would definitely come back for brunch!

The pasta was very good and the apple slice bruschetta was a little weird. We were there after the Tacoma Wine walk and they had live music and the place was bumping, but it was a very chill and wonderful vibe.

Everything was great however we did order tiramisu for dessert and after 25 minutes of waiting, we just decided enough is enough and we paid our bill and left

I find it odd that our appetizers and entrées came out way quicker than what a dessert would take to make.

I would recommend this place but just skip dessert

I went here with a group of 12 for brunch. I got the pork belly with latkes. It was very good. This is a nice place for brunch with friends. They have an outdoor seating area that is dog friendly. Street parking is available.

I went here with a group of five people for a birthday celebration. The menu had something for everyone and offered options for different price ranges. The dishes and glasses were different depending on the meal and drinks, which was a fun touch. Our server, Cory, was friendly and attentive. The place had a very welcoming vibe. Pasta is fresh and delicious. I would definitely return.

Fresh pasta?? Like made in house! Enough said. We loved it. We watched them infusing with fresh herbs so really enjoyed it! Super good music too. Great vibe!

Service was very slow because short staffed.

Cesar salad had virtually no dressing and found a piece of plastic in it.

Pizza is thick and doey. Had good taste once you get past that.

Pork belly was awesome 👌

Bucatini Pomodoro was good but spicy.

Creamy Tomato Cavatappi was very good. Pasta Rustico was good but rich.

My husband and I came here for a date night, it was my first time and his second. The ambiance is really cute and comfortable, and the food was incredible. We had a smash burger and the pork belly, and both were so good. I also had a mezcal margarita which was delicious. I have some food allergies/sensitivities and the staff was very friendly and accommodating in ensuring my meal was prepared safely. Would definitely return!

Love this establishment! We visited around 9am on a Sunday. The food was worth the price, the drinks are on point, they’re lgbtqia+ friendly, and they’re dog friendly!

My wife and I had visited Manuscript a time or two for drinks and bites, and on one occasion wandered into the back where there is a unique, roomy, yet cozy event room. We filed it away for the future, until a couple of months ago when planning my wife's mother's 80 birthday party; We booked the room. On the day of the event, we were a bit stressed working on last minute decorations, etc., while all around us the Manuscript team led by Gell quietly, smoothly brought the room to life around us. It was calming. The event was by all accounts a remarkable success. Huge props and thanks to the Manuscript team; We'll be back. .
