I’m a believer in giving second chances but both times I’ve been here the coffee has lacked flavor and taste like water. It sucks when you feel like you threw your money down the drain and should’ve just made your own Drip Coffee

I was gonna leave a good review about Erica because I literally love her way too much. She makes my experience so good every time and my drink. every time Tammy makes coffee, It’s burnt and watered down. Tammy is too old to not know how to make coffee and told me she was gonna talk about me in their group chat? Help Kelsey because she doesn’t know how to talk to customers. For some reason, this coffee stand puts edible sparkles in lotus when you don’t ask for it. Once I realized the bottom of my drink was completely sparkles, I drove back. Again, why did they talk about me in there group chat and tell me that? If the business is too small to remake an employee mess up the customer didn’t notice right away, consider remaking a drink to keep your customers. I would’ve still gotten a drink but Kelsey was OUT OF HAND. ALSO TRAIN TAMMY NOT TO TELL A CUSTOMER THEY’LL GET A FREE DRINK OR A REFUND BECAUSE THE OWNER “ALWAYS SAYS YES”. This sucks because it was convenient for work, but there’s so many other coffee stands

Don't go here unless you like watered down hot chocolate and Iced oatmilk without any caramel or coffee. It was pretty bad, I'm hoping they forgot to stir the hot chocolate and it's sitting at the bottom.

Coffee has no coffee taste, and we ordered half sweetness. Not too sure if they just forgot to actually add the shots or there was still so much syrup that it hid any coffee flavor. Overall was decent chocolate milk...

We went there a few minutes ago, the window was closed and there was a sign saying that they would be back at three due to the heat… it was 5:30 when we were there and no one was inside ?♀️ there is an ac unit connected to the shop.

I don't usually make reviews but this is the third time something like this has happened and I'm honestly kinda bummed. Everyone is very nice here, but the quality of the food has just not been it. This is the third time I've ordered something and it's been missing something, or tasting strange. I ordered a bagel w/cream cheese this morning and didn't get any. On top of that, when I bit into my dry bagel, it had straight brown hair wrapped around it...I have purple curly hair. Again, I'm not really super upset, it's fine but I just think service could be better for your customers.
